Hello and welcome to Skytap's Support Portal!
The purpose of this site is to help provide customers with easy access to important information that can help resolving open issues, providing quick responses to common questions, and setting you up with long term success in the Skytap platform. All information here is to supplement the detailed product documentation we have at https://help.skytap.com/ as well as our wonderful learning guides at https://learn.skytap.com/.
This site will be introducing a number of features and workflows over the coming year, and we'll be updating this post to reflect our status as we make progress. The eventual goal of this site is to present our customers with the following:
- Helpful information to simplify and maximize use of the Skytap platform
- Reduce dependencies upon Skytap Support by providing self-help guidance and information
- Provide a true portal where users can manage, update, and create support ticket requests
- Introduce the notion of a community where our customers can engage and interact with one another
Over the coming months, Skytap will be working on introducing functionality related to the above items as a way to provide a better customer experience with the Skytap offering and platform. Our first goal in the year is to provide a series of articles and content to help troubleshoot and streamline your user experience. Towards the 2nd half of the year, we will be looking at launching the self-service aspect of ticket management.
