Sign up for an account for Kyndryl Cloud Uplift support

1. Navigate your browser to https://support.skytap.com/
2. Click on “Sign in” button on the top right-hand corner.
   
3. This will redirect to the Kyndryl login page, click on the “Sign Up” link at the bottom right.
   

4. Fill out all the required fields, including e-mail address, First name, Last name, Country code and the acknowledgment check box then click on the “Sign Up” button.

   

5. Next you will need to verify the e-mail address and choose the password for the account. Click on each “Set up” button to proceed
   
    
6. To complete the e-mail verification, either click on the link in the e-mail you received OR enter a verification code instead.
   
7. To complete the password setup, follow the requirements listed.
   
8. Once the e-mail verification and password already been set, optionally set multi factor authentication using one of the options provided or click on “Set up later”.
   
9. You will then be logged in to the Support portal and be able to submit a support request.
