Requesting a time extension for a lab or training course

If a lab or training course is expiring soon and you would like to request an extension, please contact the person or company who provided you with access to Skytap or your training administrator as these settings are managed directly by each customer.

An example of an environment run time limit can be seen in the below images at the top left "Run time remaining 39 h:59 m:41 s". Please note this may be customized and found in a different location, what you see below is an example. Skytap customers can configure their own settings.
