Skytap supports multiple methods of connecting to your VMs and using multiple monitors with the VM desktop. For those familiar with Microsoft's Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) and using multiple monitors with RDP, this method works very well, supports 32-bit color, and can be as simple as enabling the "Use all my monitors for the remote session" setting in the Remote Desktop Client. Some VMs may need additional OS configuration in order for multiple monitors to work.
For more information on using multiple monitors with RDP, you may want to review the following Microsoft community and help articles:

Notes
- Enhanced display modes are limited to 8-bit color depth (256 colors).
- The Displays option is hidden if this feature hasn't been enabled in your account.
- If you're a primary administrator, contact support@skytap.com to enable this feature across your account. Include your name, email address, and the name of your organization.
- If you're a standard user or administrator, work with your primary administrator to request this feature.
- The Displays option isn't available for Power VMs.
If you find that RDP is not a good fit for your multiple monitor use case, feel free to open a Support ticket requesting to have "enhanced display modes enabled". In your request, you will want to let us know the maximum number of multi-monitor VMs you expect to be running simultaneously, and which regions will you be running running the VMs in.
