If your current allocation of public IP addresses is insufficient for your needs, you can request additional IPs. Follow the steps below to manage and request more public IP addresses.
Steps to Request More Public IP Addresses

Review Current Usage:
- While logged in as a Skytap administrator navigate to the "Manage Public IP Addresses" page (Manage > Public IPs https://cloud.skytap.com/ips) in your Skytap account to view your current IP usage and availability.

Contact Your Customer Success Manager (CSM):
- If you need more public IP addresses, reach out to your Customer Success Manager. They can assist with increasing your account's IP address limit.
- If you do not know who your Customer Success Manager is, feel free to contact Skytap Support for assistance. Support will help you identify your CSM or guide you through the process.
