Skytap Support has no insight into credentials configured for your VM. The person or organization who created this VM for you are responsible for managing the data within the VMs, including the configuration and credentials to access the Operating Systems and custom applications such as databases.
Check stored credentials for VM
You may find credentials stored in the "key" icon at the top of your VM display when you are connected to your VM, underneath the VM thumbnail if you are viewing the environment page, or provided in an email from your training or lab administrator.
You can learn more about where VM credentials can be found at our help page in the reference link below.
If you are unable to find credentials stored with the VM, you will need to contact the person who provided you with your Skytap account, your training lab administrator, your primary administrator. If you have a Skytap login, you can determine your primary administrator by clicking on the drop down arrow in the upper right and selecting My Account.
